what is the difference between detached and disassociate
state of plexes?

Answer Posted / srinurampa

when the plex is detached from the volume is still under
control of volume. this can not be attached to another
volume. when we try to add this plex to another volume it
flash an error.

when we dissocate the plex from the volume it completly
separated from volume, so we can attach this plex to another
volume.
