SEND THEIR MIS REPORT TO THEIR SUPERIOR AND THE SUPERIOR TO
THEIR BOSSES SO THAT THEY CAN GET TO A CONCLUSION OF THE
WORK DONE IN THAT SPECIFIED MONTH.EVERY MONTH IT IS GIVEN
TO THEM.
