organisation.and there Role and Responsibilities:
Recruiment to Retirement process
of an employee is the role and responsibilities of an HR.
In des span it includes
Tiaining
Satety
Welfare on an employee
Performance Appraisals
Compensation
Co-ordianation
Contribution
Motivation.
