lets take n exampal i m working in collection process since
last 2years nw i want to move in finance process,because my
education baground is commerce.working in collection
process is aloso a good experience for me because i can get
knowledge of customer and various cliens.
Now com to the point i want to improve my skills in finance
process.if i work in this process i know by using my skill
i can help to the oreganinsation a lot
