How to prevent other users to send mails from SAP?

Hi,
To prevent other Users to send mails from SAP one should
follow this process:
goto-----SM01----and lock the Transaction SO01 for that
particular User ,once the TCode SO01 is locked then the
User is not able to access SAP Inbox for sending and
receiving emails through SAP.
