I have remember that exact time on the date of 10 Jun-09
when i was in call center, in midnight i got the call from
customer side regarding billing issue with their Vodafone
Invoice
Actually cust got the 1st Bill of Vodaphone with High
Amount, The amount was near that Rs.2200,
cust was using 299 Monthly rental plan & in same plan cust
getting local 700 min call Free Mob to Mob
the issue was that cust got the bill as prorata basis &
wasn't able to understand the bill
I easily Clarification gvn that bill generated as prorata
basis (Monthly rental as prorata basis & also discount gvn
as prorata basis )
In the Invoive details explained the Monthly rental with
billing period date & discount gvn as local same
& from the next bill will get the full amount of rental with
discount with local 700 Min Mob to Mob the cust was agree
& also he appreacited & talked with My Process Owner as per
My Conversation with customer
that was the Really excellent call from my side
