How to consider the flow directions for control valve (Globe)
Is the there any easy understanding in order to select the
flow directions?

First of all see the flow direction arrow on the control
valve body, if you didnt find,check the orifice name plate
(in which side write d & D and some data) its up stream.its
can help you. (as genral parctice tansmitter should be in
up stream, some time it can very on process demand)
