i heard that power factor(PF) is the main concern for
industries, if they are maintaining PF around 0.6 they will
be fined for that. now the question is, how can they improve
the PF ranging between 0.9 to 0.95 which is safe for them
i,e escaping from the fine?

Let say the load 500kw and u wanna increase ur power factor
from 0.6 to 0.95
500 (Tan 1-Tan 2)-u can use complex calculator to convert
from cos to tan
500 (1.33-0.32)

u can set it with 6 step

84kvar and make it 80kvar each step
