Normally neutral is connected to the earth.In that neutral
line we are connecting ct bcoz of sensing the earth fault to
protect the transformer winding against earth fault.

Practical condition in 400KV Sub station:- Breaker(open) , isolator(open), Earthing (close) at both end e.g A & B. Now Open A Stn Earthing than Open B stn Earthing (Which have a 50MVA reactor) , AND suddenly show R,Y,B phase 704KV,573KV,118KV respectively. Que is without closing of breaker how it is possible.???? As per standard, transformer body earthing and other Equipment earthing (Equipment earthing) did not connect. but in LT side termination we are doing metal glanding in both side Transformer to PCC Panel through armoured cable, now X'mer body earthing and PCC Pane earthing (Equipment earthing) both are connect.is this safe for X'mer or other equipment?
