Classical power system stability was mainly focussed on
rotor angle stability but modern power system stability has
more focus on voltage stability.Why?

in todays time also rotor angle as well as voltage
stability anlaysis are been in focused, if rotor angle is
not into consideration then why so much transient analysis
is into picture.

can we use CBCT in neutral of solidly grounded transformer? in place of three phases we can pass only one phase which decreases the size of CBCT?

Practical condition in 400KV Sub station:- Breaker(open) , isolator(open), Earthing (close) at both end e.g A & B. Now Open A Stn Earthing than Open B stn Earthing (Which have a 50MVA reactor) , AND suddenly show R,Y,B phase 704KV,573KV,118KV respectively. Que is without closing of breaker how it is possible.????
