1.what is the purpose of zenar diode?
2.what is the difference between BJT and FET?
Answer Posted / aarti
zener diode is a special purpose diode . it is basically
used in reverse saturation condition i.e. it allows the
reverse saturation current to flow without introducing
breakdown.
BJT is a bipolar device or component i.e.condution is due to
the both of the charge carriers ( holes & electons) but FET
is unipolar i.e. the conduction is due to only one type of
charge carriers (either holes or electorns).
