How to set the deletion flag to Functional location and also
want to know how to hide the flagged Functional location
Answer Posted / ahm
Use Change Mode Functional Location TCode: IL02, IL05 or
IH01(After Selecting FL switch to Change mode). On the menu
of Change Functional Location: Master Data Screen, select
Functional Location -> Function -> Deletion Flag -> Set.
You can't Hide the deleted FL if you display using IH01.
Alternatively, if you don't want to see it in the same
hierachy, you could move the FL to the deleted area by
creating a higher level of FL just to kept all the deleted
Functional Location.
The other one is to use SAP Archiving tools, this will
remove a deleted flag object from the database but this a
complex operation and normaly not used.
