for the protection of generator we useing
1, under voltage/ overvoltage Relay
2Under/over frequency,
3, Reverse power relay,
4, Earth fault Relay
5, Differential Protection relay
6, over load protection
8, resticted earth fault relay ***(optional)
9,RTD's for bearing & winding >> protect from over heat
10,if it contain in clossed container provide differential
pressure relay,
These are the normal protection from Electrical side.
