semiconductor is a material that possess both
characteristics of conductor & insulator..@ certain
temperature its energy gap decreases and it conducts..
electronics is the study of flow of electron in
conductors(semiconductors)...it leads to the study of
BJT,FET,MOSFET,MESFET,etc..
