Sir my name is pawan kumar gupta basically I belong to
alwar in rajasthan but last couple of year I stay in delhi
for my job and education
Regarding my education I am done my schooling from my home
town after that I complete my graduation from rajasthan
university, jaipur after that I done my PGDBA from
NMIMS,Mumbai
Regarding my work experience
• I start carrier with standard chartered finance
ltd. As business development mgr in feb,2006 I worked over
there 1&1/2 year after that I joined kotak mahindra bank as
Dupty mgr-personal loan in oct 2008 my key profile over
here are-
• Managing a Team of DST & channel partner
holding responsibility of product knowledge, work
allocation, resolving queries at sales, credit and
operations, MIS reports
• Responsible for overall profitability of the Branch
• Maintain Cost of Acquisition.
• Promoting sales through corporate tie-ups and
branches
• Coordination with Credit
• Product Trainer: Mentoring new hires, conducting
training sessions
• Looking after login and disbursals with the
operation agency and helping team at both pre-disbursal &
post disbursal time.
