H.R. is nothing but Human Resource Management.Hr means to
bring the manpowers to the organisation and utilise that
manpowers in such a way that both the organisation and
people may fullfill their goal.HR provides Oxygen to the
Organisation.An Organisation depends only on HR.Because its
the central part of the organisation.Hr can control all the
activities inside the organisation starting from
urinal/latrine to the CEO level.
