What is the Frequency while we step up the voltage from
220V to 11KV? Is it possible? Explain it?

Answer Posted / amarnath

it should be or it is 49.5 to 50.5 Hz normally. If this is
not the frequency then we need to have a capacitor to
improve the frequency and power factor.
