1. Open existing report (.rdf) using report builder
2. do the changes as per requirement
3. compile the report
4. save the .rdf with new name
5. move .rdf to respective top
6. log on to system administrator
7. create concurrent program executable
8. create concurrent program
9. create request group & attach conc. prog
10. attach request group to responsibility
11. submit the program and check the ouput
