1st step-open the nokia ultra BTS manager
go to the commisioning
select undo commissioning of BTS,that will make a
connection break from bsc to bts
then select manual commissioning
selct next
it shows the hardware and cabling details
then tick on the 12 external alarms alarmin and out
select next
that may take 20 minutes time to establish a connection of
bts from bsc
when omu signalling comes select next
in window you will se the commisioning report
in last selct finish commisioning.
