Answer is D.
Equivalence classes for salary in the above case are as below.
i)Salary <=4000 (tax free)
ii) Salary between 4001 - 5500 ( 22% tax)
iii) Salary between 5501 - 33500 (40% tax)
All the values mentioned in option D fall under class iii).
