if the no.s a and b are not be equal...then the answer will
be 20/36
the combinations are:
(1,2),(1,3),(1,4),(1,5),(1,6)
(2,4),(2,6)
(3,2),(3,4),(3,6)
(4,1),(4,2),(4,3),(4,5),(4,6)
(5,2),(5,4),(5,6)
(6,2),(6,4)
thus the ans will be=20/36=5/9
