Hi friends has any1 got selected in Bank Of India's
clerical exam. What kind of questions will be asked.. Help
me out as this is the first time i am giving interview in a
government sector. How to prepare for that

Hi friends, I m also selected for that. I have also faced
it earlier.
In interview they generally covers following areas.
1. Your educational background (eg. if u r commerce
graduate then they will question abt economics, accounting
principals etc.)
2. Your Family background
3. Relate to bank (BOI) history
4. Explanation of word related to banking sector eg. RR,
SLR, NPA, Bank Rate etc.
& if u r lucky then he will just inquire abt common
quiestion, which u will be able to answer out easily.

anyone attended the interview in bangalore at basavangudi? how was the verfication process?what questions they r asking?what certficates we have to take?
i passed my graduation in 2010,and i have character certificate issued by principal at that time.is it enough for sbi clerical interview.i have another one issued by a gazatted officer too

Sharing interview question held on 30th April. 1. They saw my hobbies column and asked regarding hobbies question i.e. Chess. The question was Which is the current ongoing championship who vs who. Who is the leading player and by how many points? 2. Family Background. 3. Which services banks offer? 4. And most important question is when pensioner came to bank and asked about printing information of pension sheet. Condition is all printer is out of service. 5. Hobbies i.e. Elocution.
