What is the difference in assigning contract in IT 0001 and
IT 0016?

IT 0001 is assigned to an employee when an employee working
in an organization changes to different department for
example Humanresource to Finance department. IT0016 is used
for contract employees here we indicate start date and end
date of contract IT0016 is also used for permananent
employees
