I dont know about direct tcode:
You can proceed following way:
Call SE37-->Execute Fn module:SCCR_LOCK_CLIENT.
It will ask for value of client
Enter the client No and Save.

My Question is 1. If they will ask why you want to change your field form sales to backend job what should I answer? 2.
