it depends upon the task assigned to him and how he
accomplishes that
while assessing various elements (quantity, quality,
puncutuality, behaviour, leadership, inclination to take
further load) all those leads to be analysed, and what is
accomplishments during a certain period and what are the
drawbacks he had faced and the efforts made by him to over
come that
it should be on personal development, in such a way it ends
upon it creates motivation and confidence on the employee
that he will be in a position to do better next time , that
will ultiately result in the benefit for both employee and
organisation
