Every electrical installations has earthings If it has
single earthing without joints
Neutral-earth-0 volts
with joints
Neutral-Earth= + or - 5volts
between phase-neutral
Phase-Earth=230volts
As per IEC,IEEE max voltage drop allowed in electrical any
installations should be below 2.5% of rated system voltage
