First create certificate profile using QC01 T code & then
assign it to material using T code QC15.
After this you can check certificate analysis creation by
using following transaction codes.
A. T code QC20 - From delivery
B. T code QC21 - From Inspection lot
C. T code QC22 - From Batch.
