We can judge him by his past Experience & achievements
related to the job specification.
Also his innovation and policies implemented in his previous
jobs.
Giving an project plan and get his suggestions on it.Through
which we can observe his approach towards plans.
By evaluating his recent KRA (Key Responsibilities Areas) he
has handled.
