Hi,
I am from Non-IT background(B.E(EEE)). I have 1 year 10
months experience in the current project as well as my
overall IT experience is same.
I have attended interview for L1 Blanket at chennai
consulate.The below are questions i faced in the interview.
1.What is your role in the project?
2.what is your specialization?
3.how many years of exp in XXX company?
4.what's your client name?
5.How many are there working in US?
6.what kind of application are you going to develop?
7.how many years of exp you have in this project?
For all the questions i have answered well.but they rejected
my L1 Blanket Visa.
Please let me know what might be the reason for rejection?
and how long i have to wait for next chance?
Is there any way to get L1 visa.

Dear,
Your case appears to be eligible. But as you might be
aware, issuance of U.S. visa is now very minimal. You have
to present your case as if there is no replacement for the
work you are going to do in the U.s.
You can surely get the reason for your denial if you let me
know how you answered questions 1,2,6 and 7.

I have done diploma and overall education is 10+3 years with work experience of 6+ years. Am i eligible for L1 B Visa ?

Hi My name is Karan, i have been to US on B1 visa and also stayed there for 3 months, now all that my company is decided to send me on L1 Visa, now i have a problem in my education certificates, which i have lost in the transit while shifting or relocating to different places/locations and am not in the position to submit my certificate, even if it is required and i have lost hope on getting my certificates back, and tried all way to get it, now am worried that and just wanna know with my work experience of 12 years, and i have all the supporting documents with related to my work experience. i.e. Right from offer letter to relieving letter and with these documents will i be granted L1 Visa, and someone please let me know what are the verification procedure done to issue an L1 visa, please give me detail. My H1 visa was filed through US employer in April 2008. After one month (in may 2008), my current employer in India initiated the L1 Blanket visa processing and i got the visa in September 2008. I went to US and worked there on L1 visa for one month and returned to India. In November 2008, i have attended the H1 visa interview as it got picked in lottary. During that interview, visa officer cancelled my L1 visa and put a query on H1. But i failed to submit the required docs by November 2009 as my US employer didn't provide them. Now the same employer in India initiated L1 blaket visa and the interview is schedled in next week. Could anyone share any information that would help me to give my best in the coming interview?? I had applied for student visa in Dec 2010 and the visa was refused as the interviewer said that "I am not convinced". Then I again applied for visa interview in Jan 2011 and it again got refused for the same reason. Now I am getting chance to go to US for work (my company is sending me there). Will there be any problem in my L1 visa because of student visa experience in the past (like a month before my visa was refused?
I have my Visa Interview scheduled next week.My problem is that I have only applied to one university because I have made my home work on all the universities that offer my course work and I finally applied to this univeristy and got a admission decision in 2 weeks that I am admitted to the program for fall 2103.
