Hi,
I am from Non-IT background(B.E(EEE)). I have 1 year 10
months experience in the current project as well as my
overall IT experience is same.
I have attended interview for L1 Blanket at chennai
consulate.The below are questions i faced in the interview.
1.What is your role in the project?
2.what is your specialization?
3.how many years of exp in XXX company?
4.what's your client name?
5.How many are there working in US?
6.what kind of application are you going to develop?
7.how many years of exp you have in this project?
For all the questions i have answered well.but they rejected
my L1 Blanket Visa.
Please let me know what might be the reason for rejection?
and how long i have to wait for next chance?
Is there any way to get L1 visa.

Dear,
Your case appears to be eligible. But as you might be
aware, issuance of U.S. visa is now very minimal. You have
to present your case as if there is no replacement for the
work you are going to do in the U.s.
You can surely get the reason for your denial if you let me
know how you answered questions 1,2,6 and 7.

Hi, I went for L1B visa interview last week and VO told me that you are qualified but apply for H1 or Indivi L1. and he has written as Not clearly approvable on I129. so if i apply again what is the success rate? and he has not given me any slip and DD return also!!
Hi, I got rejected 3 times for B1 2 years back. but that time i was working for small company. now i am going to appear for the L1 visa. my profile has couple of changes, one is, i am working for a bigger well known company and now i have completed MCA. earlier when i got rejected B1, i only had MBA which is not a technical degree since i am into software development. My L1 Blanket rejected in Aug 2014 . My company filed for L1 individual petition at Vermont service center and got RFE and then rejected on Oct 2014. Now my company if not willing to go for H1B. my company is filing again within 5 days new L1B petition at California Service center. I am just confused what need to do..
My Wife is working as Software engineer in one of the leading IT company , she already have approved L1 VISA , her company did not make use of it , we were trying to transfer her to USA directly through her company it does not seem to work , still not confirmed , now i am planning to bring my wife as depenedent(H4) to me , as i am in USA with H1 VISA , we have confusion , my wife not willing to resign until H4 is stamped , my doubt here is ,1. will a company allow to me apply for dependent VISA when she is working in a company ? 2. If they allow to process , if in case H4 is stamped ,she did not resign from job , if her company agrees to send her to USA using the same old company;s L1 , is it valid after getting H4 stamped ?
