Thakkar Mohini.
It is my personal experience, i am doing job in advocate's
office since last 2 years and, since last 2 years i had not
visited my relatives as i can't spare time from my office
or work schdule. And it is needed that we have to spare
more time than other fields in this feild. But it is accept
to me as i want to be a Big and Good Advocate of both
Criminal and Civil Law.
But my office is very good and now a days it is not my
office but my home.
See. we have to give time to achiev somthing in life it is
quite obvious.

I am trying to select a topic for Ph.D thesis. I am keen to study the Issue of shares at a premium both by listed companies, closely held public companies and privat companies and their impact on the Investors, the general public and the Government. A new company like Reliance power, yet to start the project, charged investors heavily in the name of premium. Also deuped the govt by avoiding payment of fees on authorised capital as otherwise for this amount the company would have been required to pay a good money to the govt. Similarly many companies are doing the same thing. Can you suggest a topic and method of study so that I can prepare the synopsis. Thanks

My father Mr. Prakash was working with SBM, Bangalore and had taken 2 Insurance policies on LIC- Under Salary Savings Scheme, 2 Insurance Policies on LIC under Accident Benefit Policy, 1 Insurance Policy on Bajaj Allianz under Accident Benefit and scheme and has received benefit of about 6 lakhs from Bank as Insurance amount on his death. He had nominated my step mother (second wife of my father) as nominee for all the above mentioned, and now she is refusing to share the benefit among us (my father had married her after my mother deceased , we are 3 children).
