1.primary winding
2.secondary winding
3.core
primary is connected to source
secondary is connected to load
core is used for magneti path as well as reduce the no load
current if there is no core the no load current is more
than 10-15% of full load current. how it is we r giving the
supply to primary wdg it produce magnetic field this
magnetic field is oppose the cause this magnetic field
produce back emf. as per lenz law that is why trnsformer is
taking no load current only upto 1to2% of full load
current.
