human resource in simple term can be called as the
manpower/ employees/workers working in any organisation.
it is the responsibility of hr manager to keep an eye on
the working of the organition, & also need to check
periodically whether his employes are satisfied with their
jjob or not.
he has to chek the employee turnover ratio and should try
to find the reasons for the turnover, if occurs.
the hr manager has to see that there need to be an adequate
no.of employees in the organisation.
