telecom testing tools for GSM and which is the best cdma
protocol testing tools ie AGILENT or CAIT or CNT.Whether
these have same function.What are the institutes providing
these courses.

Hi Ramesh,
I have used AGILENT as well as CNT.
CNT is very user frandly tools and easy to use But for
Agilent is supposed to be the best optimization plateform
and DT tool.
