yesterday i got up early in morning at 4:00am after that i
went to toilet and brush up my teeth then i did yoga for
0ne and half hour then dawn was on the mark and i started
my day work thereafter i went for morning walk and got
fresh air,morning walk is very useful for health.so i came
back at 7:00 clock ot my lodge then prepared breakfast and
have it with strong tea there after i got a friend call he
invited me for shopping.
i accpted call and went both for the market for shopping
and we spent whole together and took lunch at market
afterthat we come back to lodge then prepared dinner and
slept at about 10:00 o clock.
that was my yesterday.
