Hi,
If u want to test the line u can use line tester
if u want to measure the total current of ur house u can use
clamp on meter
If u want to measure current for a particular equipment u
can use multimeter ,ammeter ,tong tester/ clamp on meter.
And if u want to test a three phase line continuity u can
use two lamp connected in series of same wattage.

I need the recommended size for a 3 phase transformer at 13.8 KV Primary and connected loads of 3000 kVA at 4200 volts and 2375 kVA @ 480 volts AC.
