I simply tell neutral is the return path of the ckt.earth
wire which is used to pump leakage currents to earth.by
practically earth is perfect or not decided by 2tests
1.lamptest or by multimeter(by m meter n-e below 5v it's
perfect)
2.by megger.

Hi Friend I am used multimeter to measure the voltage between R Phase(SS1) to R Phase(SS2). In SS1 is connected with UPS loads. But I am getting voltage between these 2 R Phases. Please give some idea friend
