we have to take same size disk compare to root disk.
echo|format
attach a disk
vxscan disk
vxdctl mode enable
encapsulate the root disk
initialize the mirror disk
reboot the server
add the mirror disk to diskgroup
vxrootmir rootdisk mirrordisk
and boot the mirrordisk
