Payday rule defines, how and when how are paying.It is
calculated based on the number days you are going to take
in next field.
payscale group---> It is a criteria, used for grading job
evaluation. A payscale group is devided as several payscale
levels.
payscale level--> It is a criteria for job evaluation with
in the payscale group.
