call centre is nothing but customer service provider.
voice based means to intract the customer with oor voice we
communicate explain various features of the product.
non voice we intract some customer through the internet if
we are given the quires through the mail in thei nonvoice
customer care executive typing accuracy was neccessary.

# 2 call centre is a customer service provider. In voice we
have
to deal with a customer and telling him about the latest
evolutions and about new products of the company through
voice and in non voice we do not have to deal with the
customer directly they are the internal operations of the
company providing administrative and support services
