according to me customers are thoes who pays(salary)
us.satisfaction is the key to hold the custome for future
business.complete knowledge must be given ,each an every
query must be clarified by the seller.If a customer
remember you for future businee then we can say that
customer is satisfied.over all in this we have to follow
win-win system.

Hi, this is Alaguraja working for a KPO sector. recently i got a offer from TCS E-Serve with good hike after all my formalities done the HR called me and said that I have to join within 10 days though she knows that I have to be in notice period (30 days) in my company where there is no compromise in that. I asked her that will you relieve your employee if there is any requirement from your side. But she simply said, "I don't know" you speak with your HR and confirm whether you can join or not....... Pls answer.

being a b.c.a student why do you want to go for a call centre job
I have BCA degree but it correspondence study, during my study time I am in a company so I have 3 years experience and also mention in my resume that I have done my degree crom correspondence, they send me a mail to attend the interview. Does they accept my candidature as I am from correspondence study? Plz reply soon.
