I have BCA degree but it correspondence study, during my study time I am in a company so I have 3 years experience and also mention in my resume that I have done my degree crom correspondence, they send me a mail to attend the interview. I am a fresher and still in my probation period in wipro bps . And I have been put in PIP ( performance improvement plan) as I got many errors in my duration. Does that mean they will terminate me?
