as i think abt hcl i could not say that the hacl is fraud
or not,becauz its not clear with me too much...i had my 45
days training in hclcdc jalandhar,,,,today approx 27 days
are past to complete my training but certificate is not
given to me till now....they say to us for come again and
again or telling lie ever time that the certificate is not
issue by main hclcdc office which is in noida...so they may
be fraud if they will not given to me certificate in few
days.........thats allllllll
