Hear We have two ways
1) one is by using the segment1||segment2||-----segmetn5.
This is one way but

2) second one is by using USER_EXITS those are 'FND FLEXSQL'
AND
'FND FLEXDVAL'
by useing Thease we can get the flex field data into the
report
This is the standard Way in my feeling.
