Human is the principal resource of an organisation where
every action of an individual will result to atttain a
particular need.
Human is the only resource which improves productivity
through motivation.
Human is the resource which increase their value by
days passes the rest of the resources will have
depriciation after a certain period.
Therefore, the role of HR is to make both employee[in
terms of job satisfication as well as career growth] and
organisation make profitable[in terms of productivity].
