if user calls and reports to you that his background job is
taking long time, and which normally does not take so much
time. What will you do?

Answer Posted / rakesh

First check if the job is taking CPU Cycles, If the job is
getting CPU Cycles then may be the job is working with file
which is bigger then its normal, If not may be waiting for
any file, If the job is not taking CPU Cycels then
refresh , later check if no change then the job may be
stuck so we need to kill the job and rerun it.
