HAI THOSE WHO ALL SELECTED FOR ASSOCIATE BANKS OF SBI,
please explain me the above pay scale.. i couldnt
understand that...any one who knows about this please
reply... Now iam already working for Rs.8500/month in a
research project for a temporary basis.. will it be fine
for me to continue here itself or go to the clerk job that
i got in SBM, Tamilnadu.. Iam confused, please guide me and
give your suggestions.... my id is

Dear Friends,
As per my knoledge the following is for your info :
Starting Basic Pay - 4410
DA - around 45% of basic pay
other than this u will get HRA, transport allowance, city
allowances etc.
incriment after one year - 215, then ur basic pay - 4625
plus all about ur DA, HRA, City allo, tpt all, etc
incriment after two year - again 215, then ur basic pay -
4840 plus all alloances,
incriment after three year - again 215, then ur baisc pay -
5055 plus allowances
incriment after four years - 335, then ur basic -5390
the same incriment will be continue for 3 years
ur basic will reach - 6060
incriment after seven year - 470,
the same incriment will continue for four years and ur
basic will reach 7940 for 10 completing years
incriment after 11 year - 500
the same incrment will continue for 3 years,
incriment after 14 year - 560
the same incrment will continue for 4 years,
incriment after 18 year - 970
the same incrment will continue for 1 years,
like this ur payment will end by 13210 of basic pay
One more thing i would like to mention here that the
banking staff asking pay commission (Pay revision), which
is already in progress. If once the pay commision out, the
whole above given pay structure will be changed.
As per my knowledge the banks have a fecility for pay
revisio once in 5 years.

When will the result for SBI CLERK 2009 INTERVIEW be declared? CRPD people are telling that result will be declared by September 1st week hope it will come before that but no indication regarding this from SBI officially. I just wanted to suggest something to all SBI CLERK ASPIRANTS let us all start an EMAIL MOVEMENT by writing more and more mails to crpd@sbi.co.in on daily basis regarding to declaration of result result mentioning that they should at least declare the tentative dates published on sbi.co.in please do it u all there is no benefit of sitting idle and waiting for result lets do something itni mail karo ka vo bhi feel kare k how desperate we are about the result? Whats u r say?

hey guys i attended my interview on 29th April in a delhi zone.They were asking so simple question that i was surprised. I preapred day and night for the interview collecting all the question from this link and other site as well as from GS book but they simply asked 1) tell us about ur family 2) about u 3) Why u want to join banking and not IT . 4) Advantages and disadvantages of computer. 5) Where is hawamahal. 6) about pink city 7) who discovered electron. 8) who invented telephone. that's all I think it was just waste of time preparing banking related questions.
In original biodata form identity certificate is there.we have to sign it by gazetted officer on original biodata form?

Hi people. My name is John. First of all i would like to thank you and congratulate you all for the successful completion of the interview and hope that the best man/woman walks away with the job. I post here my request for answers to a few questions related to the interview process. I gave my interview in Delhi on 4th may 2010 at the SBI Learning centre in noida. I would like to know the following: 1: how many centres were there in delhi for the purpose of interview? 2: when was the first and last day (duration) of interview in delhi? 3: were the candidates called according to the merit after the written test or was it alphabetical. if it was neither, then how were they calling the candidates? 4: also what are the chances of a candidate who thinks that the interview did not go according to his plan? There is still hope isn't it? 5: do people "horse trade" vacancies (perfect opportunity for somebody's uncle or someone's greased up mla recommendation for a candidate; since sbi taking this long for a result.)? I definitely hope tht the crpd do us a big favour by releasing the results soon. thanks in advance to all those who are kind enough to rest the ghosts in my mind.
