What is Recruitment?
Answer Posted / sanjeev barnwal
RECRUITMENT is nothing but just a call from the
organisation to the eligible candidates. Now it depends on
the organisation that to whom they have to select and to
whom not to select. It depends on the policies of the
organisation.
After this the next procedure comes i.e. SELECTION where
organisations have to choose/get the right person for the
right job on the right time.
And after selection the organisation gives TRAINING to
suitable candidate if it requires.
