The main Use of the Fuse is in case of short circuit or any malfunction,circuit has to be isolate. in this case if fuse connect in nutral the fuse get burn,but ciruit not isolate from phase still supply will be till nutral where our fuse broke. It is not safe at all.Due to this purpose only we r keeping always fuse in phase line.
