what are the job responsibilities of it & ites recruier
Answer Posted / syed
As i started my career with ITES Recruitment,
responsibilities and challenge what we face is one of its
kind, first of all we look for the best possible candidate
to execute that job ofcourse as per the set criteria of our
clients, as u all know that attrition rate in ITES industry
is comparatively very high than any other industry
especially in India, Candidate should be energetic as well
as he should have a zeal to interact with any kind of
people around, and it is also very important to review the
past background of those candidates, whether he has the
stability issue, MTI problems etc. willing to work in any
shifts.
