employer attract more & more person for filling the vacant
seat's,recrutment is the bigning stage of selection,so
recruitment is the process through which an employer want's
to place right person at the right time and at the right
place by using internal promotion,consultancy
companies,naukri.com,taleo etc.rather than selection is the
negative process.
